Southwest Vault Builders, Inc., uses a variety of insulated panel products from many manufacturers to fit specific design criteria such as R-value, aesthetics, sanitary concerns, fire ratings and structural design requirements. We will work with you to find what type of panel best suits your project and stays within your budget constraints.
Insulated panels can have several different core materials (expanded polystyrene, extruded polystyrene, urethane or mineral wool) with R-values that range from 8 to 50. Panel facings are usually 26 gauge to 22 gauge galvanized and painted steel or stainless steel. A variety of choices in embossment, ribbing and paint give the architect many options to work with. Panels are available to meet stringent fire standards, USDA, FM and U.I.
